·         If you are saying that it’s not Invention but we are still getting it Patent Then, A person applying for a patent on an idea he or she did not directly invent is subject to criminal penalties.

·         Well if we accept that introducing Scorpion Farming  in Pakistan is an Invention, then what about the rules & regulation of Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan  

·         Scorpions are members of the class Arachnida(8-legged invertebrate animals) or a kind of animals that has eight legs and a body formed of two parts.

·         According to the IPO of Pakistan, Invention can’t be Patent if Its :

1.      An Animal or Plant. (Reference http://ipo.gov.pk/patent/ ,Un-Patentable Inventions in Pakistan, Point # 19).
