Point less study in public schools

Point less courses in school, this practice is mostly going in the public government primary or high schools or colleges, Teachers are mostly teaching nothing but just looking busy in front of the administration.

Teacher's are not teaching good enough because courses or the material which they are teaching in the class room is not up to date, or not according to the international status. the are just completing credit hours and fulfilling the so called purpose of their job.

RESULT?
result is this that students are not outspoken in to their future, less confident or lack of skills in the coming challenges of his/her life.

Recommendation ?
Teacher association should update the course material of the students, and improve the teaching methodology and should change the traditional way of the teaching, and try more effective way of conveying lectures to the children.
