Public schools ruining life of Next Generation of Pakistan

Public schools in Pakistan are very much in pathetic condition and administration is also very rude and they are happy with their work, because they are not bound to do work and future of students are at stake.
only bunch of schools are in good hands because of good administration, but mostly are in very bad condition and know one want to change because it will require work and reduce absenteeism, as all of you know that job security in government is very strong know one can suspend any government employee from the job only director can transfer that person from one place to another place and that person will happily go at another place and destroy the atmosphere of other school.

this condition leads to the biased hiring of the employees at first place which should be stop; hiring mafia in government is very strong this is the reason these people are growing deep in roots of the government and it need complete sweep off.

all model colleges have huge space , grounds, libraries, gym, auditorium, but they never use them properly.  every government college in Pakistan receive 14 crore for development annually but this money never come up at front page, and distributed at back stage activity which affects the infrastructure of the eduction in country, and in country like Pakistan know as under developing nation. its very painful to say that we are destroying our self very effective and efficiently.
